Wise as an infant

Jesus, some people. Am I right?

A rage is boiling inside of me like the churning sea I don't know how long I can keep my damn hands off these bigots. Stubborn as a wall and as wise as an infant; every last one.

Its like ignorance and arrogance are fucking contagions, spreading through these sheep like some sort of plague, closing their eyes one by one.

I'd take their eyes if they weren't already blind.

Feel like hitting something.

A young author from a small town in southern Ontario, Canada. I've written and published one short book and am currently writing my second.

I love critique and encourage it on all my pieces. A lot of writers and artists are too scared to say something like that for fear of bad criticism, but what other way is there to improve if you don't know what you are doing wrong?

Started drawing a hell of a lot more in 2012. I do have a long art background and I plan on getting myself a tattoo apprenticeship this year. I will post pictures of tattoos I've done and of my own tattoos (maybe).

I will return all comments the moment I'm able and will try my best to update with new work as often as possible.

Critiques

AIW Chapter 2: A Foreign World Bright. There was an intense brightness that held a red tint to it that was forcing its was into her closed eyelids. The crackling sound of flames surrounded her, yet there was a lack of heat that is usually accompanied with those things. Alice laid flat on the ground, her limbs extended. Her brown eyes opened to revile an ashen world before her.

"W-were am I?" Alice let those words escape her lips as she forced herself to stand. Out of the peripheral of her vision, the young woman saw where the crackling and brightness was coming from. She saw a petrified tree that looked like a replica of the one in the forest, except this one was on fire.

AIW Chapter 1: Curiosity Killed The Cat Alice sat under a large tree in the woods located a mile from town as icy rain droplets pierced her skin like a thousand sewing needles. In her left hand was a gold pocket watch that she had with her ever since she came to live with her adoptive parents. She placed the mechanical object on her lap, her thin, delicate fingers gliding over the designs. Alice lifted her head so she would be able to stare up at the dark cumulonimbus clouds high above her and the trees that had long lost their foliage.
