Great work here. but the colors could be a bit less grainy, perhaps some smudging would smooth them out, I find if your lay the colors on thick, then go over them with a white colored pencil it tends to smooth them out a lot quite a bit. Or at least my pencils seem to do that.

Hmm I've never thought of that. When you said smudge I was thinking "I don't think pencil crayons smudge". I will definitely do this in the next drawing and see what happens!

They don't smudge easy but they do smudge, moistening your finger helps a bit (lick it), but the best method is a white pencil crayon. You'll note how smooth all my old traditional art is, that's all colored pencil and all done with this method.
